Understand
Turn information into knowledge.
Recognize what documents, messages, meetings and structured data mean, and connect claims to their sources.
Traize connects knowledge across your existing tools into a continuously updated model of how your company works. It understands the relationships between projects, people and decisions, helping your teams find answers, uncover dependencies and give AI agents the context they need.
The problem
Important decisions are buried in meeting notes. Project updates live in spreadsheets. Customer commitments sit in emails. And some of the most valuable expertise has never been written down.
Even when information exists, it is difficult to know what is current, why a decision was made or what else it affects. Teams spend time reconstructing context, repeat work and risk losing critical knowledge when people leave.
The information is there. The full picture is not.

Source not foundThe World Model
Traize transforms information from your existing tools into a structured model of how your company works. It identifies projects, people, decisions and processes, and connects the relationships between them.
But not all company knowledge is documented. Traize also identifies gaps in its understanding, finds the people most likely to have the missing expertise and asks targeted questions.
As the business changes, the model incorporates new information and helps teams explore how decisions and disruptions could affect other parts of the company.

The World Model in action
A supplier announces a three week delay. But what does that mean for your projects, your commitments and the people depending on them?
From finding a simple answer to understanding the consequences of complex decisions. All powered by the same World Model.
Security and data sovereignty
Traize is designed to make company knowledge more useful without giving up control over how it is accessed. Your IT team decides which sources to connect, existing permissions remain central, and data sovereignty is part of the architecture.
Traize runs on servers in Germany. Where AI models process data, we name the region and provider in the security documentation.
Traize takes over the access rights of every connected source. What someone cannot open in the original tool is not shown to them in Traize either.
Every customer has a separate tenant. How long data is kept, which subprocessors are involved and how models are trained is set out in the contract.
The feasibility study for Traize is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
